Performance tunning is one of the biggest responsibilities of a DBA to ensure that the Oracle database is tuned properly. The Oracle RDBMS is highly tunable and allows the database to be monitored and adjusted to increase its performance. Performance tunning is not an easy task. The main issues with tunning for beginners is that from where to start and what should be the right approach .
